Terms & conditions

These terms apply to cleaning services provided by HAPPYHOME CLEANERS LTD, trading as Happy Home Cleaners.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once a date and start time have been agreed in writing by message or email. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00. Saturday on request only, until 14:00. Closed Sunday.

Prices and payment

Prices start from £15 per hour. The amount quoted is based on the information you give about the property and the work. If the work turns out to need materially more time, Daniela will tell you before continuing. Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise.

Access

You are responsible for providing access at the agreed time, along with running water and electricity. If access is not available, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation.

Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit. Cancellations with less notice may be charged for the time set aside.

Your property

Please put away valuables, cash and fragile items before a visit, and point out anything that needs special care or particular products. Tell us in advance about allergies or surfaces that must not be treated in a particular way.

Complaints

If something is not right, tell us within 24 hours of the visit and Daniela will discuss how to put it right. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
