Privacy policy

This policy explains how HAPPYHOME CLEANERS LTD handles your personal data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We are the data controller.

What we collect

• Your postcode and the service you are asking about
• Anything you write in the message field
• Your preferred way of being contacted, and whether you opted into marketing

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange the work (legitimate interests, and steps before a contract)
• To carry out the cleaning you have booked (contract)
• To keep records we are required to keep (legal obligation)
• To send offers only if you separately ticked to receive them (consent)

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to 12 months. Records relating to work carried out are kept for six years to meet accounting and tax requirements.

Who sees it

Only Daniela Ifrim, plus the service providers that host this website and its database, and our accountant where required. We do not sell your data.

Photographs

Daniela photographs work before and after so you can see what was done. Photographs are not published on this website unless you have agreed to it, and you can withdraw that agreement at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email happyhomecleaners78@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
